We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part time Keno Writer/Ticket Runner. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, interacting with players and facilitating Keno play. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving, verifying, and recording cash wagers from customers.
• Start gaming equipment and enter the number of each ball selected until the number of balls specified for each game is selected.
• Scan winning tickets presented by customers, calculate the amount of winnings, and pay customers.
• Accountable for all cash transactions for wagers from customers.

Additional Duties

•  Run floor for collection of tickets from customers and return tickets prior to the game being called.
•  Return payouts to winning customers.
•  Promote positive customer relations.
•  Responsible for knowing all events in the property.
•  Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
•  Maintain confidentiality.
•  Display sensitivity to Native American Culture.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous Customer Service Experience. 
• Class III Gaming License issued from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission (must be able to pass a background check. Performed on site and paid for by LCCR)
