Beth Deighan

Beth is President of the Casino Careers Division. She has over 18 years of senior management experience in the gaming/hospitality industry and has opened two casino-hotel resorts. She has held the positions of Executive Director of Marketing (Trump Taj Mahal), Director of Human Resources (Tropicana Casino and Resort), and Director of Casino Administration (Tropicana AC & Bally's Grand/AC Hilton). She has a master's degree in Public Relations, a bachelor's degree in Communications, with minors in Journalism and Psychology. Beth is a graduate of the Babson College Human Resources Executive Program, as well as the Ramada Management Institute's Hospitality Management Program. She also possesses certification in Employee Relations Law, from the Institute for Applied Management and Law.

Joe Conahan

Joe is the Recruitment Director. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s talent acquisition services related to the Job Board and proprietary resume databases. He manages the Casino Careers staff who are responsible for maintaining client/job seeker support and employee sourcing. He works with team members to effectively utilize myriad resources to attract and identify new talent and works personally with the Employers who post jobs or initiate an executive search. Joe possesses over ten (10) years of hospitality industry experience, including five (5) years in a management role with an Atlantic City Casino-Hotel Resort, and four years as a Recruitment Manager and HR Specialist focused on gaming-hospitality recruitment. Joe majored in Communications at Stockton University and holds an Associate’s degree from Atlantic Cape Community College.

Cathy Bassaner

Cathy is the Client Support Specialist. She provides personal client support to employers posting on the Casino Careers Job Board to ensure their recruitment experience is productive. She reviews all job postings to ensure they are linked appropriately. She also develops custom job alerts for posted career opportunities and works closely with Recruiters to ensure that the candidates being notified of their openings meet the qualifications they are seeking. Cathy possesses over 20 years of experience as a Casino Administration Manager and is familiar with the departmental organizational structures, and the experience, knowledge/skills and qualifications needed to fulfill entry-level to senior management positions in the gaming/hospitality & technology industry.

Colin Fahy

Colin is the Marketing and Social Media Specialist. He promotes Casino Careers’ services, while maintaining strong relationships with current and new clients. He is responsible for monitoring and updating company social media and publicizing the Casino Careers job board. Colin also works with our graphic designers to create all promotional material. He has a background in public relations, music & television production, and human resources. He possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Stockton University. Colin enjoys cooking, travelling, and creating original multimedia.
