Under direct supervision of the Travel Center Manager, performs the overall custodial functions and cleanliness of Tiwa. Duties include heavy cleaning, in accordance with management directives.

  1. Under supervision performs custodial duties: dusting, vacuuming, restroom cleaning; cleaning of windows,

mirrors, walls, and doors.

  1. Moves or lifts furniture and boxes.
  2. Cleans ceiling fixtures, through the proper and safe use of a ladder.
  3. Responsible for preventive maintenance of custodial equipment, cleaning of equipment, and cleaning of fuel.
  4. Reports equipment repair requirements to supervisor.
  5. Disposes of trash when required.
  6. Recycles used boxes as required.
  7. Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to

report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for

Pueblo of Sandia.

Qualifications

Preferred:

  1. High School Diploma, GED Certification or equivalent.
