Position Summary |
|
Ensuring the smooth execution of events, banquets, and conferences in the convention center and outdoor amphitheater. Responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down event spaces, maintaining cleanliness and organization, assisting with food and beverage service, and providing exceptional customer service to the guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
- Sets up banquet equipment for Food and Beverage events, and meeting rooms as specified on Banquet Event Orders.
- Includes setting chairs, tables, linens, risers, steps, podiums and all necessary banquet equipment requested for group events and meetings, in set ups.
- Upon the conclusion of banquet events/meetings; breaks down equipment, returns equipment to storage areas, or re-sets room, as necessary.
- Maintains, cleans, and stores banquet equipment in provided storage areas.
- Maintains, cleans and organizes banquet equipment and linen storage rooms.
- Preps, maintains, and cleans amphitheater concession areas.
- Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo of Sandia.

Education and Experience |
|
Preferred:
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
- Some experience with banquet event operations.
Note: Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience.

- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation.
- Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening.
