Oversees the Transportation Drivers and assists the Guest Service Coordinator with managing operational processes, procedures and issues. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that routes run on time and adequate transportation services are provided for guests and employees.

Dispatcher II

Dispatches tribal law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other tribal service units to emergency and non-emergency scenes/calls; provides responders with complete and accurate information to ensure officer safety and prompt response. Communicates with other outside agencies both by radio and telephone as needed.

Director of Table Games Operations
(Table Games)
Reports directly to the General Manager of Gaming Operations and is responsible for the overall Table Games operation, administration and authority over all Table Games personnel. The Director of Table Games is responsible for adhering to the System of Internal Controls, NIGC MICS, and federal cash reporting requirements. The Director of Table Games can sign all forms involving Table Games which includes but is not limited Requests for Fill/Credit, Fill/Credit slips, table opener/closer, temporary opener/closer, federal cash reporting documents, complimentary, and promotional items. The Director of Table Games has access to the pit podium, pit area, table banks, and cards and dice in play and in Table Games storage areas. The Card and Dice room is accessible when escorted by Security.

Materials Manager

Responsible for coordinating and administering the purchasing procedures for the resort in accordance with Sandia Resort Procurement procedures and regulations of the Sandia Tribal Gaming Commission. Oversees the Shipping & Receiving Department.

Barback Lounge

Support the efficient operations of multiple bars, casino floor drink stations, and restaurants. Assist bartenders and beverage servers in delivering exceptional service to guests by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth operations. Provides the bar and/or casino floor drink station areas with supplies and provides the bartenders and/or beverage servers with items upon request.

Kitchen Dining Heavy Cleaning Custodian

Under direct supervision of kitchen/dining custodial lead, performs the overall custodial functions and cleanliness of the resort and casino kitchens, dining areas, lounge and related facilities, including heavy cleaning, in accordance with management directives.

Assists in preparation of monthly financial statements; reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts on a daily basis. Performs various departmental reporting and special projects.

Clean and maintain all guest hallways and stairwells in accordance with all housekeeping procedures and standards. Deliver all clean linens to the floor closets, assist Guest Room Attendants by delivering supplies, stripping beds, collecting soiled linens and trash, stocking all floor closets and keeping all linen closets neat and organized.

Utility Lab Level II

Under the supervision of the Utility Lab Level III, the Utility Lab Level II serves as an assistant and is responsible for the collection and analyses of Water/Wastewater samples. The Utility Lab Level II will be responsible for lab data entry water and will assist the Utility Lab Level III on all EPA reports.

Exchanges chips, coins, currency, tickets, and coupons with other Bankers and verifies settlements with Cage Cashiers. Verifies and prepares currency and coins for the ticket redemption kiosks and cash dispensers. Verifies the check cashing and cash advance settlements from the Cage Cashiers. Oversees the activity of their assigned cage or vault.

Utility Lead Operator

Under minimal supervision, responsible for the safe operations and maintenance of the Pueblo of Sandia Wastewater System. The position will provide direction and supervision of Operator In Training, Utility Operator 1 and Utility Operator 2 positions in the safe operations and maintenance of the Water/Wastewater infrastructure. The Lead Operator will assume responsibility for O&M in the absence of the Utility Operations Supervisor.
