• Sportsbook Supervisor (Gaming/Casino)

  Responsible for assisting the Sportsbook Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Sportsbook, provide excellent guest service, coach Team Members, and ensure compliance with all departmental policies and procedures.

• Restaurant Host(ess) Council Room (Food & Beverage)

  The Restaurant Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for the guest entering the restaurant and bar. Primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and seating guest promptly. Assists in maintaining a clean and organized environment, working closely with the restaurant and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

• Sales Associate (Sales & Marketing)

  Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager and Sales Floor Coordinator. Responsible for retail sales. Provides guest service and product information.

• Player's Club Host (Sales & Marketing)

  The Players Club host promotes our Peak Rewards loyalty program (Players Club), assists guests with the membership process and explains the associated benefits and perks.

• Facilities Superrvisor - HVAC Systems (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under general supervision of the Facilities Manager, oversees the maintenance operation activities of the Facilities department staff. Also reponsible for Planning for the HVAC & Mechanical Systems.Responsible for tracking material & labor costs for all work performed. Responsible for ensuring safe work practices and company safety policies are followed. Responsible for equipment and tools necessary to perform such work. Responsible for managing workload and setting staff priorities. Supervisor required to work with staff when necessary.

• Market Center Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Manages the day-to-day operations of Bien Mur Market Center and Gift Shop. Maintains/implements company policy and procedures. Delegates/supervises administrative, retail duties and functions of team members.

• Family Practice Physician (Health Care)

  Serves as the Family Practice Physician for the Pueblo of Sandia Health Center. The Family Practice physician shall also function as the medical director in the absence of the Medical Director. May be assigned special projects on behalf of the medical director and in assistance to the medical director to ensure quality care for all patients and the success of the medical clinic.

• HVAC Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under general supervision, performs preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems and HVAC systems on Pueblo of Sandia facilities.

• VIP Service Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  The purpose of this position is to staff the VIP lounge receptionist area, assuring that only authorized players and their guests are admitted, and their needs are met. It is also to provide administrative and operational support for the Casino Host Team, Player Development Manager and Marketing Department.

• Cook Council Room (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under general supervision, perform activities in support of all restaurant operations, food preparation, and presentation.

• Deli Attendant Kowira Grill (Food & Beverage)

  Under general supervision, performs activities in support of the Deli area. Ensures that all guests receive “Far from Ordinary” service and that all transactions are conducted efficiently and accurately.

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

  The Massage Therapist provides our guests with a wide range of therapeutic massages and body treatments. They will consult with guests to screen them for underlying condition adhering to all departmental policies and procedures including sanitation and safety guidelines. All treatments will be delivered with the highest level of service using the latest techniques in massage treatments. Massage Therapist promote and educate guests on current promotions, enhancements/upgrades and retail products to ensure the most memorable experience for our guests.

• Deli Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  Under general supervision, performs activities in support of the Deli area. Ensures that all guests receive “Far from Ordinary” service and that all transactions are conducted efficiently and accurately.

• Sales Associate Sandia Fuel (Sales & Marketing)

  Under the supervision of the Sales Floor Coordinator. Responsible for retail sales. Provides guest service and product information.

• Restaurant Busser Council Room (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Facilitate food service. Clean tables, carry dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes; supply service bar with food, and serve water, butter and coffee to patrons.
