• Bien Shur Restaurant & Lounge Manager (Food & Beverage)

  On the ninth floor of Sandia Resort & Casino, Bien Shur offers a premium dining and entertainment experience like no other. Bien Shur is an inspiring restaurant and lounge experience that incorporates the natural beauty of the Albuquerque city lights and skyline to the west and the Sandia Golf Club with the backdrop of the Sandia Mountains to the east.

• Staff Accountant (Finance/Accounting)

  Assists in preparation of monthly financial statements; reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts on a daily basis. Performs various departmental reporting and special projects.

• Bus Driver (Transportation)

  Transport students to and from schools and to recreational activities or field trips. May assist passengers in boarding or exiting.

• Sous Chef Banquet (Catering/Banquet)

  The Sous Chef will lead the culinary operations for the resort’s banquet kitchen/Sports Bar restaurant. Thisrole is responsible for managing a high volume, high quality food production environment, delivering a superior dining experience while ensuring efficient kitchen operations. As part of the resort and casino, this position requires attention to luxury standards, consistency in service, and the ability to manage diverse culinary team in dynamic environment.

• Police Officer (Security)

  Responsible for the enforcement of tribal, state and federal laws, including criminal and traffic ordinances and codes, designed to protect the lives and property of Pueblo residents and visitors.

• Restaurant Supervisor Sports Bar (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for the success of one of the Sandia Resort and Casino food outlets. Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations on assigned shift by spending a minimum of 90% of their time on the floor interacting with guests on the floor and coaching employees. Ensures that the proper levels of service are provided based on forecasted needs and daily business volumes. Solicits guest’s feedback by direct interaction and comment cards to continually improve. Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable work environment for employees and guests always. Teaches, reinforces and leads employees by creating a positive and supportive environment. Enforces all regulatory internal controls, policies and procedures and utilizes progressive discipline as needed. Enforces all appearance and uniform guidelines.

• Restaurant Busser Sports Bar (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Facilitate food service. Clean tables, carry dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes; supply service bar with food, and serve water, butter and coffee to patrons.

• Utility Operator 2 (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under general supervision is responsible for safe operation and maintenance of the Pueblo of Sandia Utility infrastructure. Operator 2 will perform duties in accordance with Pueblo and Department policies and procedures. Operator 2 shall perform assigned duties and follow directives from supervision in both water and wastewater operations.

• Bartender Council Room (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Provides fast, friendly, professional beverage and food services with multiple bars, and restaurants. Responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of beverages while providing exceptional guest service includes; preparing drinks, managing the bar area, handling transactions, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations. Collaborates with a dynamic team, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

• Surveillance Agent (Surveillance)

  Using audio and video equipment, observes and reports illegal and non-procedurally compliant violations of casino policies and procedures, NIGC, STGC Regulations and the New Mexico Gaming Compact.

• Restaurant Supervisor Kowira (Food & Beverage)

  The Senior Night Auditor will accurately balance and post all daily paperwork and charges for the hotel in a timely and efficient manner. The incumbent will greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon completion of stay.

• Sales Associate BM Travel Ctr (Sales & Marketing)

  Under the supervision of the Sales Floor Coordinator. Responsible for retail sales. Provides guest service and product information.

• Lead Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Supervises kitchen employees to ensure clean, efficient, and economical food service.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Server is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests during banquet events, conferences, and special occasions. Ensure that all food and beverage items are served efficiently, maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
