Delaware North is hiring an HR Compliance Analyst to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As an HR Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational processes and policies. You will lead audits, manage compliance programs, and partner across teams to reduce risk and strengthen operations. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Monitor and interpret employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour, leave policies, onboarding, and employment eligibility
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on compliance-related questions and risks
  • Lead initiatives to improve, standardize, and automate HR compliance processes and controls
  • Manage the Form I-9 program, including audits, reporting, and preparation for government reviews
  • Conduct routine audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements
  • Develop and track key compliance metrics, dashboards, and reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to ensure compliance across systems and processes

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, compliance, or audit, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR compliance practices
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive initiatives to completion
