The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a Digital Marketing Production Manager to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. The Digital Marketing Production Manager guides producers in scoping and managing digital production projects. This person will manage a team of digital producers who focus on expanding website functionality and enhancing the organization’s digital presence. Being a Digital Marketing Production Manager establishes and implements processes and technical standards for managing web development projects, as well as prioritizes the use of available resources and ensures that producers complete projects on schedule and within budget. In addition, the Digital Marketing Production Manager ensures that digital production projects support the organization’s overall business strategy.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95,900 – $129,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication 
  • Implement and enforce web development best practices to ensure high-quality output 
  • Conduct regular audit reviews and testing to identify and resolve issues promptly 
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team and troubleshoot technical issues

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent business experience required along with previous experience in web development, design, or digital marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience leading teams
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills; comfortable troubleshooting formatting and rendering issues.
  • Ability to technically optimize for onsite performance (CRO)
  • Experience with QA practices and email/web testing tools.
  • Understanding of UTM tracking, data flows, segmentation, and analytics fundamentals.
  • Excellent project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL, AMPscript, or scripting logic for dynamic content.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or digital asset management tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience with  Web and ecommerce  hosting environments, Payment  gateway integrations
  • Familiar with compliance requirements: CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, ADA, PCI  along with fraud detection tools
