To manage Pala Casino’s advertising efforts to inform guests of Pala Casino, persuade them to visit Pala Casino, and remind them of the benefits of visiting Pala Casino.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)

• Excellent organizational skills and able to multitask.
• Proven ability to create and deliver new, useful campaign ideas in a team setting.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Working hand-in-hand with ad agencies, and key Pala Casino team members to establish and meet goals of projects and enforce timelines and budgets.
• Able to project manage with painful attention to detail.
• Manage all on-property collateral pieces to include design, print, distribution, and placement on the casino floor.
• Manage all on-property video assets to include video displays, menu displays, and content programming.
• Providing expert advice on advertising and marketing methods for new and existing services and products
• Actively participating in the recruitment and evaluation of the workforce within the advertising department
• Collecting and analyzing data, and presenting it to the relevant parties
• Negotiating contract terms and specifications with external parties
• Monitoring the progress of various projects, from planning to execution, to evaluate their effectiveness and ensure they remain focused on the end goal.
• Developing strategies for advertising to increase the interest of current and potential gamblers in the marketplace.
• Collaborating with different departments in the development of marketing campaigns suitable for different business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned.
