As the Marketing Project Manager for our tribal casino, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing marketing projects from inception to completion. With a strong background in project management and experience in both in-house and agency settings, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for marketing, either in-house or at an agency.
• Strong proficiency in project management software such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, MS ToDo, or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
• Results-oriented with a passion for driving successful marketing initiatives in the casino industry, and be a key contributor to our dynamic team.

• Project Planning and Coordination:

• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and overall business goals.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to ensure transparency and collaboration.

• Budget Management:
• Work closely within the marketing department to manage project budgets effectively.
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects are executed within budget constraints.

• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with marketing projects.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Resource Allocation:
• Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources, including team members, tools, and technology, to support project requirements.
• Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.

• Project Execution:
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during project implementation.

• Project Evaluation:
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and capture key learnings.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance project management processes.

• Professional Development:

Pursue and maintain a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, or obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
