Location: Pala, CA

Assist with all promotional activities created and developed by the Marketing department.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Previous customer service experience and/or promotions experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interface with guests and team members.
• Superior organizational skills. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly detail oriented without fail
• Knowledge of money handling procedures.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations, promotional/giveaway and gaming tournament regulations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of product and be able to learn and operate industry software and programs.
• Must read, write, and speak English

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Implementation of all on-site promotions such as drawings and giveaways.
• Completing and organizing documents such as prize reports and release forms.
• Working a flexible schedule. Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and most holidays. Schedule will vary based on monthly promotion schedule.
• Displaying excellent customer service skills and positive interaction by building good relationships with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Understanding the goals and vision of the organization and demonstrating commitment to those goals through individual performance and contributions to the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
