Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of casino
marketing initiatives, including promotions, special events, giveaways, entertainment activations,
and guest engagement programs. This role works closely with Promotions, Players Club, Player
Development, Entertainment, and external vendors to ensure all marketing efforts are executed
accurately, on time, and in accordance with gaming regulations.
Essential Functions
1) Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal, other laws, KTTT Gaming
Regulations, and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
2) Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding
to guest and team member concerns and questions.
3) Maintain effective communication and working relationships with vendors, contracted
marketing agencies, and internal casino departments.
4) Coordinate the design, advertising, and promotion of events and casino marketing initiatives
in collaboration with contracted marketing agencies.
5) Represent the casino at all casino events, trade shows, meetings, conventions, etc.
6) Coordinate and support all aspects of promotions and event production, including planning,
execution, and post-event wrap-up.
7) Ensure all promotions and marketing initiatives receive proper approval from the Kickapoo
Gaming Commission and comply with all gaming regulations and internal controls.
8) Verify proper functionality of the PA system prior to promotions and events; assist with
emceeing or hosting duties when required.
9) Collaborate with the marketing leadership to actively support the creation of innovative
marketing campaigns for events and strategic promotions, ensuring they align with
organizational objectives.
10) Oversee casino signage in coordination with contracted marketing agencies and the
Marketing Media Specialist to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely placement.
11) Assist with the creation, scheduling, and deployment of marketing materials, including eblasts, media content, and entertainment platform assets.
12) Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and guest service skills.
13) Manage and maintain security of confidential information entrusted to position.
14) Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements To Qualifications
1) Must have High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's in Marketing, Business,
Communications, or related field preferred.
2) Minimum one (1) year of marketing, promotions, events, or casino-related experience; or
similar fast-paced customer-facing environment.
3) Strong communication skills in English both written and oral. Spanish or other language
skills a plus.
Other Criteria
Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and qualified Native American
preference is observed.

Physical Demands
1) While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to stand,
sit, walk, push, pull, bend for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; talk and listen on
a regular basis.
2) The team member must be able to concentrate for prolonged periods.
3) Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral
vision, and depth perception.
4) The team member must be able to communicate effectively in person, or using
telecommunications equipment.
5) The team member must have the hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate a
keyboard, touch-screen display, telephone, and calculator.
6) Frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
Work Environment
1) Normal office setting and casino floor.
2) Frequent walking, standing, and frequent contact with the general public.
3) Temperature controlled environment with varying noise levels. May be exposed to high
levels of noise throughout the day.
4) Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required, including nights, weekends, and
holidays.
5) Ability to perform effectively under pressure and work extended hours in a fast-paced and
demanding environment is required.
6) May be exposed to challenging situations involving difficult guests or team members while
assisting in issue resolution.
7) May be exposed to various types of lighting, including but not limited to fluorescent lighting,
flashing lights, strobe lights, and multi-colored lighting.
8) May be exposed to cigarette smoke while on the casino floor.
9) Travel may be required to perform one or more essential functions of this position.
Conditions Of Employment
1) Must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including successful
completion of background check necessary to obtain and maintain license. Responsible to
keep all documents current and valid at all times.
2) Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States.
3) Must be at least 18 years of age.
4) Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
5) Must comply with KLECH handbook, internal policy and procedures, and gaming
regulations set within KLECH.
