Duties

• Lead analytics efforts by monitoring Google Analytics and other performance marketing tools to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
• Implement marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement in B2B or B2C contexts.
• Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
• Drive e-commerce growth by optimizing product listings, improving user experience with HTML/CSS adjustments, and leveraging SEM strategies for increased online sales.
• Conduct performance marketing initiatives by analyzing data trends with SQL or JavaScript integrations to refine targeting strategies.
• Lead keyword research efforts to identify high-impact opportunities for organic search growth while managing content creation for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), HTML/CSS coding skills, and familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
• Demonstrated ability to manage social media marketing strategies effectively across multiple channels including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
