What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations for the casino
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and business analyses
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and financial policies
• Manage audits, tax filings, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
• Supervise Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cage/Vault operations, and Purchasing
• Drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making
• Develop departmental goals, staffing plans, and team performance initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships across departments through effective communication and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of banking or casino finance experience
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software
