Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $132,100 – $178,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Direct enterprise‑wide category strategies by assessing organizational needs, leveraging market intelligence, and applying advanced industry insights 
  • Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive category strategies for foodservice equipment, smallwares, operational supplies, and services by assessing operational needs, analyzing market trends, and applying industry insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align procurement initiatives with business requirements including culinary, operations, facilities, and finance—to align procurement initiatives with business requirements and ensure consistent program delivery across all operating locations.
  • Identify opportunities for spend consolidation, supplier rationalization, and SKU optimization in partnership with category stakeholders and strategic sourcing 
  • Negotiate terms and conditions that align with company goals, standards, ethics, and overall value objectives 
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships that support continuous improvement, innovation, and contract compliance 
  • Develop, evaluate, and prioritize ideas on new ways to grow the business through partnerships and cooperative deals that drive revenue and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of business strategies through advanced procurement initiatives, team alignment, and partnership development 
  • Lead ethical procurement practices, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and oversee minority‑ and sustainability‑driven program management 

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, accounting, economics, or related field required 
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a procurement role with category management experience along with strategic management experience
  • Proven experience managing direct reports or leading a small team, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and guide employees towards achieving departmental goals. 
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and supplier management required
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience negotiating commercial terms and service level agreements 
  • Strong financial acumen with consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
