Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Food and Beverage department. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our department.  On our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously will be key in meeting deadlines and fulfilling the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
  • Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and escorts visitors to manager or appropriate person.
  • Interprets organizational policy and assists departments with compliance.
  • Drafts and types correspondence, plus departmental policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates meetings, conferences, and F&B job interviews as needed. 
  • Arranges travel schedules and reservations for the department and/or Manager.
  • Tracks attendance and reports to manager any issues that arise, including the need for possible disciplinary actions.
  • Gathers data, compiles and types statistical reports.
  • Coordinates with other departments on a regular basis to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ensures up-keep and maintenance of employee files.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Higher level education preferred.
  • 5 years of experience and training in an administrative related position, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
