Responsibilities
- Assist Club Manager by overseeing all food and beverage team members working in the club: hosts/hostesses, bussers, servers, bartenders, and barbacks to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assists with training new team members.
- Oversee and assist with service in the dining room.
- Assist with in-seat service during the game.
- Check in with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with daily inventory tasks.
- Maintains a safe & healthy work environment
- Motivates and coaches team members
- Work in unison with other supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- 2 years of previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage restaurant style operations.
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for entire length of shift.
- Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at waist, bending and squatting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
