Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time HR Coordinator to join the team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the HR team and assist with the day-to-day operations at Finger Lakes Gaming.

Responsibilities 

  • Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members.
  • Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members.
  • Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required.
  • Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Mnimum of one (1) year in an HR role required; Bachelor's Degree in HR may be considered in lieu of work experience.
  • Minimum of an intermediate level in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus.
