Shifts: 1. Full-Time: Wednesday-Sunday (3:45p-12:00a)2. Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday (3:45p-12:00a)3. Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday (11:45p-8:00a)

Responsibilities 

  • Greet guests positively and timely, demonstrating skill in dealing with customer complaints and defusing charged situations  
  • Conduct cash escorts and patrol parking lot and ancillary buildings as assigned 
  • Observe, handle, and report procedural violations and illegal activity 
  • Ensure that identification is checked for proper admittance to the gaming floor 
  • Maintain crowd control and a secure presence on the gaming floor 
  • Operate motorized vehicle when necessary 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, New York State Security Guard license, and licensed by the NY State Gaming Commission 
  • Must pass an MVR check, and take a drug test
  • Ability to work across departmental lines with guests and vendors 
  • Previous security supervisory or law enforcement experience preferred 
  • Gaming background a plus 

Physical Requirements 

  • Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
