Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for effective and efficient scheduling of cashiering and pit clerk personnel.
  • Ensures cashiers and pit clerks have up-to-date information regarding internal control procedures, state regulations and customer regulations.
  • Coordinates with Security and other related departments to ensure appropriate guest service.
  • Assists in the development of training programs.
  • Trains all new employees and retrains existing employees.
  • Maintains and updates operating manuals and training material for department.

    Other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications

  • Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Three to five years supervisory experience required.
  • Previous cashiering experience or related areas preferred. Prior experience in the management of a large staff preferred.
