Responsible for managing the activities of the dining room staff to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Oversees the acceptance of dining room reservations and maintains a "hands-on" approach to dining room service. Prepares the floor and station plan, schedules staff, and monitors budgeted dining room staffing costs. Ensures dining room appearance and cleanliness are to organization standards. Hires, trains, and evaluates staff performance.

Bachelor degree or two to five years of related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Casino food management experience is highly preferred.
