As the Table Games Manager at Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack in beautiful Ogallala, NE, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals in providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Our casino features table games, including blackjack and ultimate Texas hold 'em with more to be added soon, making it the perfect place for both seasoned players and newcomers to enjoy the excitement of the gaming floor.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the table games department, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to provide top-notch service to our guests
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our players
  • Monitor game activity and customer behavior to detect any signs of suspicious or illegal activity, taking appropriate action as needed
  • Collaborate with other casino departments to coordinate special events, promotions, and tournaments that will attract and retain customers
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and industry standards to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a casino table games department
  • Demonstrated knowledge of casino gaming regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack

Lake Mac Casino Resort Racetrack and Casino opened its doors with a temporary facility in August 2025. A hotel and conference convention center will be added in 2027-2028. The Lake Mac casino will also be expanded to 37,000 sq-ft with 650 slot machines, 14 live dealer table games and a sportsbook. When totally completed, the resort will include 5/8-mile track, a grandstand, a 180-room hotel, a 10,000-sq-ft event and conference center and an RV Park.
