This is more than a Food & Beverage leadership role—it’s an opportunity to shape the guest experience across an entire property.

We’re looking for a strategic, high-energy hospitality leader who knows how to turn great service into great business. As Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll lead the vision and performance of restaurants, bars, lounges, events, and gaming-floor beverage operations while developing the people and partnerships that make the experience exceptional.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, including 5+ years in leadership or management.

• A proven Food & Beverage leader with the vision to grow an evolving operation, elevate the guest experience, and help shape the continued success of a beautiful, newer property

• Strong business instincts with experience in budgets, forecasting, revenue growth, labor, inventory, and cost control.

• The ability to build accountable, service-driven teams through coaching, development, and strong leadership.

• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and the confidence to turn guest feedback into meaningful improvements.

• The ability to partner across gaming, hotel, marketing, events, and executive leadership to deliver property-wide results.

• A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is required; a Master’s is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered as outlined in the requirements.

• Current Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification in accordance with applicable requirements.

• Must be 21+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and able to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License.

• Successful completion of required background screening and pre-employment drug screening.

• Availability to lead in a dynamic hospitality environment, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods.
