What will you do?

• Greet and welcome guests to the tours  
• Inform guests about the itinerary for each tour   
• Escort guests to tour attractions and make sure they are admitted without issue  
• Familiarize yourself with the layout and history of the Niagara Falls region  
• Schedule and sell tours through online software   

More about you

• High school diploma required  
• Ability to multitask, memorize information, and think quickly  
• Customer service or tour guide experience preferred   
• Ability to maintain a timed schedule  
• CRP certification preferred  

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time 
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
