The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Suites Intern to join our team at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for Baseball Season 2026. Are you an energetic undergraduate or graduate student who’s seeking an incredible paid internship program? Delaware North internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. This internship is available for Spring or Summer and will end at the end of the team’s baseball season. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience and make an impact in a global company.

Pay

$17.00 – $17.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Assist with data entry and processing of menu orders
  • Compile game day reports and process all post-event information
  • Work directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish levels of service for game day
  • Coordinate set up of luxury suites and pantry information for game day service
  • Act as a supervisor on game day and assist with training team members 

More about you

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Pursuing a Degree in Hospitality is preferred
  • Prior food and beverage service experience is required
  • Prior supervisory and guest relations experience is preferred
  • Familiar with computer software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills 
  • Abilty to work night, weekends and holidays
  • Have 1 to 2 years minimum of previous related experience 
  • Must be at least 18 years old
