If you possess 4 years of management in a marketing or design environment, and experience with online & digital marketing, advertising, communications and media purchasing, this exciting position in our Casino Resort is for you!

JOB SUMMARY:

The Adverting Manager manages and implements all marketing-related communications, print/media, and collateral management.  Supports all department media campaigns by tracking, reporting, and recording results of marketing initiatives.  Provides detailed precision in all media. 

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. (Copy of either document must be submitted with application)
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college preferred.  Four years of experience in a marketing, agency or and/or design environment may be considered in lieu of degree.

SKILLS:

  • Must display high-level accuracy and attention to detail taking direction from campaign briefs. (Test required)
  • Excellent math and analytical skills. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of four (4) years management experience working in a marketing and design environment.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience with online marketing, advertising, and communications with an emphasis on digital marketing.
  • Minimum of two (2) years media purchasing experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience working in a creative processing environment with a preferred emphasis on advertising collateral.
  • Working knowledge of both traditional and digital advertising including how to plan, execute and evaluate performance across each channel preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Keen understanding of relevant cultural and advertising trends.
  • Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
  • Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Must have a Successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
