DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts in the capacity of the General Manager in his/her absence.
Assist General Manager in reviewing, analyzing, planning, and directing systems of operation in accordance with Rosebud Casino business objectives, as well as Tribal, State, and IGRA regulations.
Work in collaboration with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer), to develop and direct policy and planning for the establishment of operational objective.
Evaluate Rosebud Casino Executive staff performance and compensation.
Maintain current knowledge and implement the Casino’s Internal Controls, Policies, and Procedures of all Casino, Bingo, and Hotel.
Revise and recommend any necessary amendments to policies and procedures to remain in compliance with all regulatory agencies.
Promote positive public and employee relations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, or an equivalent number of years of experience in the management of Hospitality or Casino operations.
Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in operations, financial planning, or administrative areas.
Sales and marketing experience preferred.
Must be familiar with the Rosebud Sioux Tribe State Gaming Compact, the Rosebud Casino Gaming ordinance, and 25 USC § 2701t.
Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of Casino Operations
Must have strong planning and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation and proper insurance.
Must obtain Class II and Class III Key employee Gaming License
All key employees will be subject to a Criminal background check.
All casino employees will be subject to drug and controlled substance abuse test.
