What will you do?

• Greet guests warmly with eye contact and a smile; create a welcoming environment
• Review floor plans and reservation books daily; prepare seating charts
• Manage seating flow and waitlists to ensure smooth service and fair rotation for servers
• Explain club policies and amenities to first-time guests (e.g., in-and-out privileges, service hours, reservation rules)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining areas
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
• Assist with opening and closing duties (e.g., placing reservation signs, organizing menus, helping with cleanup)
• Support team members during peak times (e.g., bussing tables, running food)

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Outgoing and approachable personality
• Ability to take initiative and anticipate guest needs
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Ability to maneuver between tables and carry up to 35 lbs.
