Gaming/Amusement - Service Technician Nights

About the Job

The Gaming/Amusement - Service Technician provides service and support for Video Gaming Terminals (VGT's) and related electronic gaming devices in licensed gaming establishments. This position protects company assets by adhering to company policies and all state and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate is organized; detail oriented and is able to communicate effectively not only with our customers but fellow employees as well.

• Provide great customer service
• Ability to multi-task and use online resources
• Troubleshoot questions/issues/complaints
• Access machines for service
• Clean/Repair/Service equipment
• Generation and collection of machine activity reports
• Exhibit strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Accurate and detailed record keeping
• Able to utilize smart phone
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Available to work all shifts including holidays and weekends

Candidates must be hard working, self-motivated, and trustworthy. Applicants must apply for and possess a Terminal Handler License, issued by the Illinois Gaming Board within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• The Illinois Gaming Board requires a minimum age of twenty-one (21) for this position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Illinois Gaming Board Terminal Handler License
• Illinois Concealed Carry License not required but highly recommended

Preferred experience

• Prior amusement/gaming/casino experience is a plus
• Must be familiar and comfortable with smart phone technology
• Must be familiar and comfortable with windows-based computer programs

Salary - Exempt Position - No Overtime
