Lead Culinary Brilliance Across Full-Service Dining

This is more than a kitchen job—it’s a culinary leadership role designed for a driven, detail-obsessed professional ready to shape the next generation of dining experiences at Grand Casino. As the Full-Service Restaurant Sous Chef, you’ll lead from the line, own execution standards, and develop a high-performance kitchen culture where precision and pride drive every dish.

If you thrive where culinary craft meets strategic leadership, this is your chance to create unforgettable moments for Guests—and a lasting mark on the brand.

Influence + Impact

  • Drive visibility for the culinary team and foster a reputation for excellence that elevates the entire Guest experience.
  • Step up during high-volume service periods and game-day events, leading with calm, clarity, and confidence.

You’ll Thrive If You

  • Are motivated by ownership, recognition, and the opportunity to build a legacy through food and leadership.
  • See kitchen leadership as a craft and a calling—not just a job.
  • Balance creativity with operational discipline.
  • Are energized by developing talent and driving results in high-stakes environments.
