Delaware North is hiring a full-time Director of Corporate Security to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Director of Corporate Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our physical assets, team members, customers, and sensitive information. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $132,100 – $178,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Develop and implement a corporate security strategy aligned with company goals; conduct risk assessments to identify threats and ensure proactive measures
  • Enforce security policies and procedures, maintain an incident response plan, and ensure alignment with business needs and operational risks
  • Oversee physical security systems including access control, surveillance, and alarms; manage vendor relationships to ensure technology effectiveness
  • Lead a team of security professionals, deliver team member training programs, and foster a security-conscious culture across the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct drills and simulations, monitor emerging threats, and enhance security awareness programs

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, business administration, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in a senior security management role leading people, processes, and programs, preferably within the gaming, hospitality, or law enforcement industry 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading people, processes, and programs in the field of security, crisis management, and investigations 
  • In-depth knowledge of physical and information security principles and practices 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
