The Opportunity 

Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for a full-time Commissary Supervisor to join our team at Tampa Airport in Tampa, Florida.

In this role, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations within the warehouse and ensuring the success of the team.

Responsibilities 

• Take lead in all functions relating to the inventory/procurement management system BirchStreet (BIR) for Delaware North TPA airport operations.
• Verify and receive invoices for all outlets in BIR daily.
• Maintain BIR including fulfilling requisitions, adding new part numbers, identifying orphan items, and any other tasks within the system.
• Assist and properly communicate with outlet managers and accounting team regarding all functions of purchasing and BIR.
• Communicate with external vendors to facilitate a smooth ordering process in BIR.
• Send weekly and monthly reports to all outlet managers, including the General Manager.
• Process month-end inventory.
• Perform all duties in a professional manner and in accordance with company policy and standards.

Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of food & beverage, warehouse, commissary, or related experience required.
• Above average degree of computer literacy, including an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically MS Word and MS Excel.
•  Previous experience with BirchStreet or similar inventory/procurement system preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 165 lbs.
• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of shift.
