Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate communication equipment to communicate to drivers and GEM locations in need of service
- Answer multi-line telephone, maintaining a professional office environment and professional relations with internal and external customers in accordance with our established customer service program
- Operate GPS equipment to track locations of GEM mobile personnel, inputting data into the dispatch report in accordance with procedures
- Effective communication with management regarding service issues and break downs
Qualifications
- Effective written and oral communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets, data base activity, and keyboarding
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to focus and understand GPS monitoring maps for extended periods of time, sitting with breaks for the duration of shift, typically 8 hours
- Ability to work with others in limited space capacity
- Adequate vision capabilities
