Wyoming Horse Racing, LLC also operates a number of additional, smaller Horse Palace Gaming & OTB locations throughout the state of Wyoming ranging from 50 to 85 HHR terminals in size. Each year Wyoming Horse Racing, LLC also hosts live Quarter Horse and Thoroughbred racing at Sweetwater Downs located at the Sweetwater Events Complex in Rock Springs, WY. Wyoming Horse Racing, LLC is led by industry veterans, Nick Hughes, Pete Ligouri, and John Sheldon. Their experience includes working across the globe in all aspects of gaming operations, providing expert council and capital that allows their partners, owners, and clients’ business enterprises to succeed. The leadership was instrumental in introducing “alternative gaming” to horse racing tracks in the form of Historical Racing Terminals and fostering an inclusive gaming ambience that dramatically increased revenues.
