Casino Queen Marquette is a picturesque riverboat casino located along the scenic banks of the Mississippi River in Marquette, Iowa. Established in 1994 as the Miss Marquette, the casino has undergone several transformations and is currently owned by Bally's Corporation following a merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment in 2025. 

In 2023, Casino Queen Marquette received approval from the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission to transition from our riverboat setting to a land-based facility. The new development includes an additional 12,000 square feet, featuring a modernized dual-level gaming floor, new dining offerings, a sports bar, and enhanced accessibility from a dedicated parking lot. Our 17,000 square foot gaming floor now features over 400 slots, video poker games, 2 Tri-Lux with Royal Match blackjack tables, Ultimate Texas Hold'em and 3 electronic table games.

Casino Queen Marquette is deeply committed to community involvement. In 2024, the casino's initiatives included raising funds for the McGregor-Marquette Center for the Arts, collecting winter essentials for local families, and hosting the 'Christmas in Marquette' event, which benefited the Clayton County Food Shelf.
