Scotts Valley Casino Resort

The Scotts Valley Casino Resort will be a 400,000-square-foot casino resort in Vallejo, California, which will include a casino, restaurants, cocktail lounges/bars, a hotel and spa, an event center and a family entertainment center with a movie theater, arcade, and a bowling alley. Located on 160.33 acres near the intersection of westbound Interstate 80 and Highway 37. The plans also call for 24 tribal homes, the tribal administration building and a 45-acre biological preserve.

The Vallejo casino resort project received final approval from the U.S. Department of Interior on Jan. 10, 2025. The 128-acre site was transferred into federal trust to make it eligible for gambling purposes.

In the initial construction phase, the tribe plans to open a "preview casino," with Class II gaming machines, in the modular buildings already at the site. The facility will include temporary tribal offices and a limited-scale gaming operation with up to 100 machines in 5,400 square feet of two modular structures. It also would include restrooms, security stations, 24/7 on-site security personnel, surveillance systems and gaming administration.
