The ideal candidate has a proven history of developing successful marketing strategies, leading promotions, managing budgets, analyzing performance, and building engaged teams. You are a collaborative leader, a strategic thinker, and someone who excels in a regulated environment while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
What you will be doing
As Director of Marketing, you'll lead the overall marketing strategy for The Point Casino & Hotel. You'll oversee branding, advertising, promotions, database marketing, player development, public relations, and guest communications. You'll manage the annual marketing plan and budget, evaluate campaign performance, implement innovative marketing technologies, and work closely with leaders across hotel, food & beverage, gaming operations, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll also ensure all marketing initiatives comply with gaming regulations and internal controls.
Who you will be working with
You'll be a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the General Manager and leaders across Casino Operations, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Finance, and other departments. You'll also lead and mentor a talented marketing team dedicated to driving growth and enhancing the guest experience.
