The opportunity

Delaware North Global Headquarters is hiring a Director of Revenue Management, Strategy and Analytics to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Director of Revenue Management, Strategy and Analytics, you will provide senior leadership over the Parks, Gaming and Australia revenue management team and play a critical role in the broader go-to-market strategy. This role helps to own pricing, demand forecasting, and distribution strategies across the Parks portfolio, translating data and market dynamics into yield-optimizing decisions. As the senior point of accountability for revenue performance, the Director leads and develops a medium-sized team, partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, and ensures the organization captures the full pricing and distribution upside available across the portfolio.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

  • Set, govern, and refine pricing and yield strategy across the Parks portfolio to maximize revenue and margin.
  • Lead demand forecasting and revenue planning, ensuring accuracy and timely response to market and competitor shifts.
  • Own distribution and channel strategy, including partner relationships and optimization of channel mix and economics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the revenue management team, building capability and a high-performance culture.
  • Serve as the senior commercial point of accountability for revenue performance, reporting, and analysis to executive leadership.
  • Identify and implement improvements to revenue management systems, tools, and processes, monitor competitive activity and market trends, and partner with Marketing, GM/Operations, Finance and Sales Leaders to align business and pricing strategies.

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in revenue management, pricing, or distribution, including prior leadership of a team
  • Previous experience working in Hotels, both independent and flagged, and casinos strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable revenue and margin improvement through pricing and yield strategy 
  • Strong analytical capability, with fluency in revenue management systems, forecasting models, and data-driven decision-making
  • Lead revenue strategy for casino hotel operations by yielding rates and inventory based on Average Daily Theoretical value, balancing room revenue optimization with overall gaming profitability and guest reinvestment strategy
