Position Summary:

The Regional VIP & Special Events Manager is responsible for developing and retaining Revo’s highest-value guests while leading the execution of VIP-focused promotions and special events. This role exists to ensure that ideas turn into well-run, engaging, on-property experiences — not just concepts. The role blends guest development, event execution, and on-floor leadership. It is designed for someone who can connect with VIP guests, organize moving parts, and take ownership of game-day execution.

This is an in-person position based at our Manchester, NH location.

Essential Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing new member sign-ups.

Support the development and implementation of strategies to attract new members.

Assist in creating content for promotional campaigns, and giveaways.

Ensure consistency and alignment of promotional content with overall marketing goals.

Assist in facilitating events and promotions to drive member engagement and sign-ups.

Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media accounts, and online advertising.

Handle administrative tasks such as team member scheduling, preparing agendas, and maintaining certain files.

Position Qualifications:

Associates or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.

Enthusiasm for the casino and gaming industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights.

Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift. (depending on the position)
