The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing Players Club attendants, training, scheduling, inventory, promotions, Player Rewards, daily paperwork, and dispute resolution. If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and have experience in a fast-paced gaming environment, apply today!

What will you do?

  • Maintain daily Lucky North Rewards procedures, including ID verification, application processing, record keeping, and system coding 
  • Communicate promotional details, point structures, and rewards program benefits to guests and team members 
  • Update guest account information and manage direct mail parameters without altering player ratings 
  • Recruit new club members while answering patron questions and resolving complaints with active listening techniques 
  • Execute promotional games, contests, drawings, and giveaways to support engagement initiatives 
  • Manage inventory of retail items and department supplies to support rewards operations 
  • Support team operations by assisting with hiring, answering policy questions, and guiding team members on procedures 

More about you

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Guest service and cash handling experience are required
  • No degree required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and point-of-sale systems, are preferred
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Supervisory experience

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of shift
