The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time or part-time Billing Coordinator to join our team in Estes Park, Colorado. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time by processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and completing three-way matches within the Inventory Tracking System. You will support both retail and grocery operations by maintaining precise billing records and collaborating with suppliers, receivers, and internal operations teams to resolve payment issues. This position reports to the Director of Retail Operations. What will you do?

  • Accurately enter data from itemized invoices into the inventory tracking system and match invoices to data entered
  • Process 3-way match paperwork and track credits in and out of grocery
  • Follow up with vendors and receivers
  • Research data entry issues and problem solving
  • Assist with cost and retail price changes
  • Document new processes and create step-by-step guides.

More about you

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 applications, advanced Excel functionality, and Inventory Tracking Systems
  • Previous knowledge of merchandise receiving procedures preferred
  • Must possess basic math skills

Physical requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Visual acuity sufficient to see and distinguish invoices and reports
  • Some standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
