Compensation: $61,000 to $113,000 per year plus bonus

What you will be doing

Ensure guest service and satisfaction by orchestrating through the team, production of quality food high standards of service in all restaurants.  Responsible for complying with all food and beverage health, liquor, and safety regulations.  

Ensures venue managers floor and shift operations are run in a smooth, efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction.  Sets priorities for all venue managers and supervisors and provides assistance as needed. 

All FOH restaurant staff reports to this role.
