What will you do?

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to keep guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in optimal condition, including painting, grout repair, and filter replacements.
  • Inspect and maintain plumbing systems proactively addressing issues such as clogged drains and leaks before they impact guest experience.
  • Carry out routine carpentry tasks as they pertain to preventative maintenance, like repairing shelves, hooks, and closet rods.
  • Service and repair small equipment used for property maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
  • Regularly check tools and equipment for proper function, organize the maintenance room, and ensure readiness for scheduled tasks.
  • Must be able to safely operate and drive a company vehicle.
  • All other duties as assigned. 

More about you

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
  • No experience required, but eager to learn and grow in the company. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. 

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and repetitive movements for length of shift.
  • Possible exposure to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season.
