Rolling Hills Casino seeks a dynamic and experienced Slot Performance Manager to join its team. Responsibilities:

• Ensure that slot machines are up and running with only minimal scheduled downtime.
• Ensure proper inventory of parts to budget and work with vendors to negotiate on behalf of RHC.
• Monitor electronic gaming device activities for adherence to casino policies and state gaming commissions rules and regulations.
• Analyze the performance of the electronic gaming devices; investigate problem areas and implement corrective action.
• Investigate new technology and methods to improve revenue.
• Research and recommend vendors for the purchase of new gaming devices.
• Establish a budget for revenues and expenses and operate within those guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Slot Management Systems and Slot Repair. Experience in Slot Analysis and using ATI Oasis is preferred.
• Associates degree (or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school) or 3-5 years equivalent training/experience required.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills, strong professional etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to multitask, follow up, and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
• Ability to use CAD mapping software that matches our slot system. At least three years of experience using this software. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and gain the cooperation of patrons, employees, and fellow team members. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of Project Management and how to apply it to slot projects.
