The Opportunity 

Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is hiring a full-time Cashier to join our team at Patina 250 in Buffalo, New York. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cash operations for the restaurant and satellite areas. If working at prestigious venues with people from diverse backgrounds excites you, pull a chair up to our hospitality table and apply today.

Responsibilities 

• Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies 
• Package cash and roll coins to be stored in drawers or the vault 
• Confirm guest discounts and answer any questions 
• Generate, compile, and transmit daily sales reports  
• Maintain accurate tip records for payroll use and collect server cash-outs at end of shift 

Qualifications 

• Previous cash handling experience 
• Excellent guest service skills 
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank
