Responsibilities

Assist managers with team member training and development plans

Assist in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgets and business volume
- Research and develop new menus and control policies that elevate service standards for guests
- Partner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality meals
Qualifications
- No college degree required
One year of related experience required
Basic math skills for cash and inventory duties
Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills
- This position requires the team member to complete and pass a background check
