    Accurately creates new customer accounts and updates existing ones as needed. Builds strong customer relationships to drive sign-ups and email captures.

  • Ensures initial contact is courteous, informative, and thorough.

  • Collects information with a friendly and positive demeanor to grow the Bally’s Rewards database securely. Provides accurate information about the program, property, and entertainment options.

  • Reviews player ratings and issues complementary per policy. Manages promotional data, batches control tickets, and assists with event coordination.

  • Greets customers, provides information, and represents the company with professionalism.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Three years’ experience in promotions, production or public relations.
