Job Purpose

To provide administrative and secretarial support to theRegional Executive Director of Finance

License Requirements

Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License

  • Schedule company-wide use of conference rooms.
  • Maintain vendor contract files, maintenance agreement files, and all copyright files.
  • Train other company administrative employees as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical/Mental Requirements
  • Constantly use writing and proofreading skills.
  • Constantly required to remember details, work at various tempos, read, follow directions, plan, coordinate, and organize workspace and projects using computer operations involving repetitive wrist motion.
  • Constantly alert to achieve high level of accuracy in all aspects of the position.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and kneeling in conjunction with all of the team member events.
  • Frequently communicate with team members and understand procedures.
  • Occasionally push a cart which can weigh up to 75 lbs. to a storeroom and unload it.
Working Conditions
  • Work in moderate noise level environment
  • Exposed to smoke, bright lights, and noise on gaming floors
  • Operation of various machines and equipment including but not limited to shredders, copiers, laminating and binding machines, overhead projectors, and audiovisual equipment.
