Finance Intern Duties and Responsibilities:Provide general accounting support.
Must secure appropriate gaming licenses for all TRMG properties
The following processes will be performed in the Fill Bank (but not limited to):
To assist guests in finding their seats for Event Center Events while providing a high level of customer service.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Managers on property, including input into the development of its sales, people and profits. Manages in accordance with established standards and procedures. Increase sales by ensuring memorable guest experiences that create a sense of value and great customer service. Optimizes profits by assisting in controlling cost of goods and labor. Supervises operations and ensures that all standards for quality and service are met.
*Bartender essential functions apply to all bartender positions held in the casino, (VIP, Blackstone, Shipyard etc.)
To clean, sanitize and maintain the concessions areas to meet with health codes, company standards and customer and employer expectations.
Dishwasher’s duties range from washing dishes and cleaning and organizing all the kitchen and dish room areas to helping the cooks in transportation of raw products.
To provide World Class Guest Service in a prompt and responsible manner.
The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising the operation and conduct of all table games as well as the training and supervision of dealers. Interact with customers on an individual basis.
Ability to successfully complete dealer auditions in the games for which dealer has received training.

Refer to a daily prep list at start of each shift for assigned duties.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory Policies and Procedures of the daily reconciliation and replenishment of funds for Cage Redemption equipment, Cage Cashiers and Food and Beverage cash banks which will safeguard the company’s assets. Promote superior customer service and performs other duties as assigned.
Enforces all policies to ensure safe, fair, and efficient operation of Twin River Casino, while providing excellent guest service throughout the facility.
Enforces all Bally's Twin River Casino and State of Rhode Island policies and procedures to insure a safe, fair, and efficient operation. Safeguards employees and guests, secures monies and the facility, and suppresses incidents that present a potential liability and threat to the well-being of the company.
Monitor casino and associated areas using video cameras, computer screens, monitors, digital recorders, access control systems, computer dispatch, video printers, switches, selectors, and direct observation to insure compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Responsible for accurately recording various gaming and non-gaming audit daily totals in a timely manner, thereby ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the Revenue Accounting operation of the Finance department.
Responsible for providing an overall unique gaming experience to our guests.
Supporting bar staff to maintain a clean and well supplied bar while interacting with guests and maintaining a safe and professional environment

Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory Policies & Procedures in order to safeguard the Company’s assets. Oversee training, counseling and supervision of direct reports and Policies and Procedures. Promote superior customer service.
Supervising shift operations of the Players Club booths. This includes staffing, stocking, providing updated and accurate information to the staff, paging, Box Office operations, bus arrivals/departures, match play coupons, logging bus details, monitoring ACSC, Kiosks and Total Promo programs, monitoring/replenishing representative’s cash banks, gift cards and gifts, printing and distributing required promotional reports, executing Promotions, adding on Bonus Play over $100 for Match Play Promotions, completing point adjustments and helping with the schedule along with posting shifts and bids.
The purpose of the EVS Cleaner is to provide cleaning services in assigned casino areas ensuring approved Twin River Casino policies, procedures, and standards. Primary job focus is to ensure that casino guests are able to enjoy themselves in a thoroughly clean environment.
1-2 years technical experience in the Casino Surveillance Technical field or similar related technical environment in the installation, repair and maintenance of Surveillance, Security and Access Control equipment.
Possess a thorough understanding of the RI Lottery Video Terminal Procedures pertaining to the Gaming operation.
o Reviews and provides input related to external audits (Federal and non-gaming state agencies).
Cleans, re-stocks, and maintains hotel guestrooms and suites ensuring guest comfort, safety and satisfaction.
Knowledge of table settings for all meal types i.e. plated sit down, buffet, etc…and “steps of service” with the ability to train staff.
Excellent non-verbal communication skills – good posture, able to establish eye contact, and positive body language.
Must have excellent communication skills and be well-presented, polite, tactful, and friendly.
Inspect, repair, and maintain all casino gaming tables, including poker, blackjack, and roulette tables.
