The Regional Executive Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and directing all marketing and advertising strategies in alignment with Bally’s mission, objectives, and established policies. This role leads the design and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that drive revenue through player development, group sales, promotions, digital channels, and community engagement. The Director identifies high-propensity local and regional markets, builds strategic partnerships with tour operators and travel coordinators, and oversees brand positioning, media relations, and guest-facing promotional activities to maximize visitation, loyalty, and overall property performance.
