The Director of Cage Operations and Compliance will oversee the entire operation of the Cage Department, including cash and Slot ticket sale and redemption transactions, Slot ticket validation, and key control.  They will establish policies and procedures to ensure company monies are properly controlled via cash advances, check cashing, Slot ticket cashing, and cash handling in the Cage operation.  They will distribute monies to gaming guests via check cashing and cash advances.  They provide bankrolls to all money-handling departments.  They will enfure compliance with federal, state, tribal gaming regulations, Title 31 internal controls, and Compact.  They will also ensure a comprehensive training and testing program is routinely and regularly administered.  They will be responsible to training manual updates and annual review of current / new Title 31 / AML regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting preferred and/or minimum 10 years' experience in casino financial/bedit areas in comparably sized operation.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial/credit areas is required.
• 5 years' experience with negotiating with vendors required.
• 5 years' experience in retail operations required.
• 5 years' experience in managing or supervising a comparable operation required.
