Gila River Resorts & Casinos has been operating three locations in Arizona for over 25 years, all owned by the Gila River Indian Community: Wild Horse Pass, Lone Butte, and Vee Quiva. A new 4th casino Santan Mountain is under construction.

The Gila River Indian Community is an alliance of two tribes, the Akimel O’odham (Pima) and the Pee Posh (Maricopa). The Community was established by Executive Order in 1859 and formally established its own Constitution in 1939. The Gila River Indian Community covers more than 600 square miles and is the largest indigenous community in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The Gila River Indian Community borders such cities as Phoenix, Avondale, Mesa, and Casa Grande. In the last few years, with concentrated economic developments that led to a continuing increase of agricultural, industrial, and recreational activities, the “People of the River” significantly moved the Community from federal reliance toward greater self-sufficiency.

Gila River Resorts & Casinos - Wild Horse Pass: Located at the I-10 freeway on Wild Horse Pass Blvd in Chandler, Arizona. The Four Diamond Awarded Wild Horse Pass is home to over 405 guest rooms and suites, resort amenities, and amazing dining and entertainment.. Amenities include two pools, fitness room, adjoining restaurants, and gaming with slots, blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, a BetMGM Sportsbook, and Topgolf Swing Suites. 

Restaurants include Prime, a Shula's Steak House, Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar & Grill, Fullhouse Cafe, and a food court featuring Fatburger and Rizzo's, plus bars and lounges. Ideally located at the Wild Horse Pass Destination, we offer 36 holes of Troon Golf, Phoenix Premium Outlets, Aji Spa, and Koli Equestrian Center. All of this is located less than 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.

Gila River Resorts & Casinos - Vee Quiva: Located at the South Mountain 202 Freeway and Vee Quiva Way in Laveen, this Four Diamond Awarded resort, is a favorite Valley retreat. 90 oversized rooms offer complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, marble showers, all with no resort fee. Adjacent to the hotel, discover dining, slots, craps, roulette, baccarat, table games, and a BetMGM Sportsbook. 

Restaurants include Fullhouse Cafe, Tequila Lounge and a food court featuring Fatburger and a Deli, and bars and lounges. Come enjoy mountain views and desert sunsets in an oasis environment.

Gila River Resorts & Casinos - Lone Butte: Located at the Santan 202 Freeway & Kyrene Road in Chandler, Arizona. Lone Butte features over 1,200 slots, blackjack, craps, roulette, poker, and a BetMGM Sportsbook. Dining options include Fullhouse Café, Panda Express, a Deli and bars and lounges.

Santan Mountain the new 160-acre, $150 million property will be located south of Chandler, Arizona, near Gilbert Road and Hunt Highway. Construction is schedule for completion in 2023.

“Gila River Cares” was established by Gila River Resorts & Casinos to support local causes that aim to improve children’s welfare and educational programs across the State of Arizona. Since its inception, we have supported many non-profit organizations, not only in the Gila River Indian Community, but throughout the State of Arizona. Along with sponsorships, the enterprise provides volunteer opportunities for team members and in-kind donations.
